About the Founders
Lucy Basta + Whitney Cole, started coaching job seekers in early 2017 after working at companies such as Apple, 2U, and multiple start-ups in Silicon Valley.
They created WorkWell to ensure the tech industry was comprised of diverse individuals and truly embodied a sense of belonging for all. While they realize there is a long way to go, they are inspired by the 1000+ incredible humans they've worked alongside on the job search process who have found work they love, many in tech. They truly believe there is a place in tech for all and are honored to empower people to find it.
