What to expect next is outlined below: 

For résumé submission 

Coaches will review your résumé in its entirety and will give specific feedback on: 

  • Formatting.
  • Keywords/action verbs. 
  • Relevance to the job description. 
  • Quantifying of achievements. 
  • Spelling + Grammar.
  • Your 2-3 specific questions from your form will be answered directly on Figma.

Once they have completed reviewing your résumé, the dedicated coach will reach out to you via Slack's direct message to let you know it has been reviewed. 

For LinkedIn submission

Coaches will review your profile in its entirety and will give specific feedback on: 

  • Headline.
  • The "About you" section.
  • Relevance to the job description 
  • Your photo. 
  • Overall appearance.
  • Your 1-2 specific questions you submitted will be answered via Slack. 

Once they have completed reviewing your LI profile, the dedicated coach will reach out to you via Slack's direct message to let you know it has been reviewed.
