WorkWell Founders, Lucy Basta + Whitney Cole, started coaching job seekers in early 2017 after working at companies such as Apple, 2U, and multiple start-ups in Silicon Valley.

They created WorkWell to ensure the tech industry was comprised of diverse individuals and truly embodied a sense of belonging for all. While they realize there is a long way to go, they are inspired by the 1000+ incredible humans they've worked alongside on the job search process who have found work they love, many in tech. They truly believe there is a place in tech for all and are honored to empower people to find it.

WorkWell coaches have empowered 1000+ job seekers to land careers at amazing companies including Apple, Google, Facebook, Amazon, Lyft, LinkedIn, Tesla and VC-backed startups. We give you the tools, strategy, and structure you need to land the job you want.

Our community is proudly comprised of women, people of color, people with disabilities, individuals who are trans and gender nonconforming, the LGBTQ+ community, allies and all of the intersectionalities between these groups.
